After a hugely popular German Schnitzel Feed Night, we decided to bring another delicious meal to you from the land of Czechoslovakia.

Tonight’s menu will feature Svíčková (or svíčková na smetaně) which means “pork in cream sauce.” This traditional and popular Czech dish features pork prepared with vegetables such as carrots, parsley root, celeriac and onion spiced with black pepper, allspice, bay leaf, and thyme and boiled in a delicious double cream sauce which is then served with houskově knedlíky (bread dumplings).

A delicious staple Czech dish and one of Leo’s favorites! Don’t miss out on a chance to try it! $15/person; Advanced Ticket Sales Only! Sign up in the Bier Hall today!
